Enjoy your time visiting Meknes from Fez, an ancient city known for its massive walls and grand monuments, all of them with a different history waiting to be discovered.

This full-day excursion starts in Fez towards Volubilis, the ancient Roman ruins, where you will spend time exploring the 2000-year-old ruins and getting a feel for what life was like during the Roman Empire.

Medina of Meknes: the ramparts with monumental gates dating back to the 17th century: Bab BerdaĆÆne, Bab Mansour, Bab Lkhemis. Continue exploring the city through the stables (Rua), the attics (HERI) and Stud.
The Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, the only mosque that non-Muslims were allowed to visit in Morocco for a long time. Exit through the famous Bab Mansour on the large Hedim Square. Across the square, the Moroccan Art Museum "Dar Jamai" offers a wide variety of handicrafts.
